Walter Hollop is the founder of Apex Core Consulting and a Time and Labor Management specialist with over twenty years of experience in workforce systems administration and consulting. He brings deep, hands-on experience in UKG Ready time and attendance, accrual, and scheduling modules, having supported organizations from healthcare systems to global pharmaceutical operations spanning thousands of employees across multiple countries.
What sets Walter apart is his experience on both sides of the table: he has built and certified UKG Ready configurations as an implementation consultant, and he has also lived with those systems day to day as a front-end administrator, managing the real-world challenges that come after go-live. Through Apex Core Consulting, he now partners with organizations to bridge that gap, offering requirements gathering, system testing, reporting, and staff training tailored to each client's needs.
